Dickies Men's Unlined Eisenhower Jacket

Iv been buying this jacket for 15 years. I love this jacket! It is as thin as a shirt but looks good and has pockets and a collar. In the colder weather you can wear a sweatshirt underneath with a hood. This jacket is great for everyday wear. Is sturdy as heck and lasts years even with many washes. The jacket obviously becomes softer with a little wear whereas its quite stiff at first. Oh I totally recommend this jacket! Its great for patches too. The lined Eisenhower jacket is great as well for colder weather Like under 60' ish. I wear the thin jacket all through spring , fall and summer and the lined during the winter. If you have never worn one of these jackets I totally say, Dickies is cool! From skater wear to rockabilly and punk or metal workers , whatever your style or work I highly recommend it because it will last you years and is totally worth the money. The only downfall is there aren't enough pockets, inside pockets would be better i think. Although there is a 'kind-of' inside pocket it isn't sewn to be a proper pocket. Overall yay Dickies Iv been wearing you for 30 years!!

This is one of my favorite jackets. You can wear it with almost anything. Fits great, looks great, well made. Work, dinner, going out. It’s perfect for any occasion.

I recently picked up this Dickies Eisenhower jacket for the coming autumn season and I really like it. It’s made of a sturdy polyester and cotton blend which makes it lightweight but heavy enough for somewhat bad weather. I would suggest that if you’d like to get a more slim, tapered look, size down. This may also help with the length of the sleeves. I’m 5’11”, 205 lbs. I typically wear a Large jacket (42” chest) but for some reason, the sleeves run long. Other than that, this work jacket is business up front and a party in the back.

looks great, breathes well, fits a little big but it still looks great. use it and personalized it to wear on shift as a paramedic. now everyone is pushing management to include it on the standard uniform assortment.

Be ready to wear this baby in. It's stiff as a board (like a classic new jean jacket scenario) Only wearing it will soften it up and it might take a year or two. This jacket is guaranteed to make you look invisible- especially if you get the blue one. It's a very generic style. They call it "Eisenhower", but I call it "plain". Like a prisoner jacket or deliveryman. The cut is very full and runs a hair big. I'm 6'1" and a wee bit barrel-chested. The "Large" on me is dang roomy- room enough for a sweater or heavy shirt. Ample break on the sleeve length too. Very chunky, gold zipper, belt-style waist and adjuster straps. Yep- it's a classic.

The jacket is a very tough material and looks pretty good. It is very cropped at the bottom however, and the arms feel too long.
