The mug is big and nice, but the picture printed so small on the mug. The print quality of the image was very poor. There was even a light blue outline on the left side of the picture, which looked like a print defect. The printed words were blurry. This mug was expensive, it was a Father’s Day gift, and I waited almost 2 weeks for it. I should have gone to Walgreens instead. I was not impressed.

The mug is great! Purchased for a teacher gift with class picture and you can’t even see the kids faces they are so blurry. Better without pictures and maybe a saying. Seller did refund me and advised need a picture with better resolution. Would suggest to send a proof to the buyer before printing.

I love the fact the colors are so vibrant in the photos and the company is professional the first photo I sent wouldn’t work so they reached back out for a different photo or better, the quality is amazing, did a great job and my mom is going to be so happy with her new gift and did everything in a timely manner! Thank you guys!

I am very upset because this was going to be a gift. It came in the wrong color and the printed on image was almost translucent. It was not a quality print job.

Everything was perfect except for the lid. I just got it a couple weeks ago and it's already broke. It gave me problems from the start with getting it on/off in general but it didn't take long to snap in half. Idk how replacing it goes bc I haven't looked into it yet but I got if for my 16 yr old who now drives my car so she had her own to take with her. So a bit disappointed by that but other than that, I loved the pic they put on it and it came way faster that I expected it would. That lid though 🙄

Purchased for my daugter. Had her dogs picture put on it with his name. The picture is great, good quality and the name looked awesome as well. Tubler itself is very nice as well. Overall very pleased.

The glass is of high quality but the picture that was installed on the outside was subpar. The glass is not dishwasher safe. The picture is nothing more than a sticker. Very unsatisfied.

The cup is perfect and looking at my husband everyday at work keeps me going! My drink is kept at the perfect temperature all day long!
