Three FlowersBrilliantine Liquid 4 Ounce (118ml) (3 Pack)

Although I really like this product and will continue to purchase it, I was very disappointed that one of the three glass bottles was chipped / broken. All 3 were meant as separate gifts. I didn’t want to return the the other 2 so I couldn’t return the broken one. Since it was chipped I couldn’t give it away either; I imagine that a package assembler may have dropped it and may have not noticed the chip.

Liquid brilliantine is harder to find than it used to be years ago. It is basically mineral oil that is scented and colored. The oil softens the hair, but does not control it as much as a pomade such as gelled brilliantine (which is basically petroleum jelly).Baby oil would do the same job as this product, but most men would prefer the scent of this product over walking around smelling of baby oil.I frequently use this product because it makes my hair easier to comb.

I liked this product because it’s the original stuff

Purchased to take to my once in Italy. HeCan get the pomade there but not the liquid. His favorite…. Was my dad’s too! I still have the last bottle he was using prior to passing in 1998…. Once in a while I’ll open it and smell…. such a nice scent.

My husband has used this for years and it has been discontinued in the stores around us so when I found it on Amazon, I was thrilled. It's a little pricey though.All in all, if you use this, it's a good product.
