Bought one set of these and have used it on a few planes now. When a plane crashes, the landing gear is something I salvage from the wreckage and use to build a new plane.Aluminum is not a super springy metal. It will deform on a crash, or sometimes even just a really hard landing. But you can bend it back in a few seconds with your hands or maybe some pliers. If eventually it breaks from all the bending, I'll still feel like I got my money's worth.
