Had issues with the chair, but the support team was very quick to respond and resolved the issue in a few days. I would say this is an excellent chair for the price range and is quite comfortable.

I have some back problems, this chair really helps me. While it looks more like a chair for an office I use it in my crafting area. It is nice and firm, the lumbar support is just what I need at this time and the head rest is actually useable! Hell, I even fall asleep in this chair (medication causing that) and it is comfy.Only annoying bits are the covers for the screws at the back and the pivots for the arms have a tendency to pop out, not a major problem but definitely a fault, albeit very minor.

I took issue with a number of things about the chair, particularly the build quality and comfort. In very short order customer service reached out to assist, and I can honestly say that the interaction I had with them was a 5 star experience.The chair may or may not suit you; mine was not defective in any way, but wasn't right for me and didn't support me the way I would have liked. I can say with certainty however that if you decide to give it a try and subsequently find that you need to contact customer service, you will be in safe hands.

It’s well made and solid - budget materials but good looks.Awkward to put together not helped by instructions printed so small that they were not clear. SEE PHOTO - I took these so I could zoom in to read! Original size was less than A5.Castors were particularly difficult to locate into place - had to use a hammer and piece of wood to ‘drive’ the collar of the castor into place.Once assembled the chair looks good, is comfortable and adjustable in many ways and should last. Would recommend if confident at self assembly.

It was inexpensive it is comfortable but it feels and looks a bit cheap and hard to push under desk on carpeted floor

The chair is lightweight so that's good, but I find the headrest being put on makes you feel like your being pushed forward so I took mine off. The chair doesn't have the use of adjusting, this could be my fault of not reading properly!

I would say this is most definitely an office chair. I got this for my bedroom which is carpeted and is not at all ideal for a chair with wheels. I would say take this into consideration. It was not too much of a struggle assembling it however, the top of the chair falls off easily. On the contrary, it is a very comfortable chair…just not for a room.
