Q: Can this be used for pellet stoves

Can take a small amount of heat and is made well , probably could be used up higher if insulated, or for feeding . Tube is rigid when bent

Q: Whats the max length it will stretch to?

I found that it will stretch to about half of the length stated. Even this much is difficult and must be done very carefully. The pipe is made of very thin material and has been compressed by creasing. Stretching can easily tear the pipe along the creases. It may be possible to stretch it further, but only after practice and experience.

Q: Is this safe to use with my undermount 600 cfm range hood?

I would say yes. I used it for a 400 CFM range hood and it is working well for past 2 months. The material is malleable so it will bend and conform to different shapes but still hold its integrity.

Q: is it really flexible or semi flexible

It is very flexible and thin compared to a dryer hose. It can make a 180 degree turn and fold back on top of itself with virtually no gap left on the hose.
