Boat service is very good
The item I received was already used. Packaging was not good. No company lable and box. The product was not in good condition. And it stop working within 2 months. But when I complaint to the company I realized boat service is Very good because I got new piece within 7 days. Thank you boat.

The product is of worst quality and amazon is also not focusing on customer service i applied for return 3times but every time i am disappointed as they said its broken so i can't take it with me and what about me and my money it was broken with the arrival

In the head phone the connecting pin is normal pin but the charger wire (C-pin) is give not the original charger wire.

This seller don't give any warrenty on this product
Within a 2week , the left one earpod doesn't comes any sound, when i call seller to claim my warrenty he called me to call boat coustomer care and when i call boat coustomer care he said i dont provide any warrenty of renewed product, but actully thé seller provide me awarrenty slip , these all scam are happens on renewed product, so guys please dont buy it
