It comes in 4 separate packs by the words "Happy" and "Birthday". I cut them myself to the way I wanted. It was easy to unravel from the pack. It's durable and not so flimsy. Color is as pictured and looks good. You can save it for another party which I did.

These are perfect! I ended up cutting them to different sizes to get the most out of it. Very happy to put a smile on someone's face on their special day!

They are long and easy to tangle so be careful, they are packaged well and convenient so when you open it you just pull it straight out and hang. They are pretty and when the light hits they do shine soooo pretty for an iridescent party theme!

These were a great decoration for a 40th birthday party. They do get tangled easily, so unpackage carefully. Great for a phototherapy backdrop!
