I would not recommend the Dip Bite at all
Very thin paint. I had to use the entire can just to prime the barrel of my shotgun. I switched over to krylene primer and did the rest of the gun with about a 1/4 of the paint can. I would not recommend the Dip Bite at all. Its unnecessary for the process. Any flat white primer with a good bond will work fine.
