I just love it! So many excises are possible because of this great tool. Assembly was so easy; my whole family is enjoying it!

I've been looking for an exercise machine to get me by when I'm so busy to visit the gym. Setup is easy. It probably took me < 30mins to assemble. Instructions are clear and there’s an included wrench to tighten. The footprint is small it doesn't take up a lot of space to keep. I set it up in the living room so I can watch TV while working out.It's pretty stable and looks to be durable. I tried to do abs workout and I was careful at first when bending back repeatedly. So far it's gracefully holding up. This is a great compliment to my dumbbell set too. My neck got strained before as I don't have a proper seat doing dumbbell strength training. The seat height of this machine is similar to what we have in the gym.There’s just some workouts that’s limited like bicep curl and arm rows. The resistance is not adjustable that limits the workout intensity.Overall, this machine is a good alternative for doing home workouts.

Worth every penny

It smells awful, covered in rust on the inside, they didn't even bother drilling holes in the headrest to assemble it like the picture indicates. Do not buy this

I like this exercise bench but at the same time I don't.Let me start by saying it's definitely easy to put together. Though I did find a small cracked plastic piece and the ball flew out of one of the ring bolts holding it in place. In my personal opinion it's a little flimsy.Now let's move on to the exercise aspect. First of all I laughed at it saying that anyone 13 and under is forbidden to use this. I'm sure it's for their own safety. But as long as someone is supervising the child I see nothing wrong with them using it. Actually I find this kind of perfect for my child's strength exercises. I feel this way because I think their should be a height limit on this. Now I say this because my husband is a brute and with his 5'10" frame and arm span he didn't get much resistance or stretch. He needed more length. I was fine with it but at his bench pressing level he needs more. So that brought me to my other thought of this being more of a beginner bench. This would be great for someone starting out that can't handle even a simple resistance.The rower part is nice though I wish it went further out. I feel it is to close. I also feel like the bungees will eventually start to fray and snap. This might have been better with elastic.In all this is a decent bench. Probably better for a beginner or someone who needs a simple workout.

Because of Covid and work, I am not interested in going to a gym. We have a treadmill, but I am not particularly enthusiastic about cardio, so I was looking for a weight training system that wouldn't take up too much space.This bench was easy to set up, and contrary to some of the reviews, feels very sturdy to me. I love that I can fold it up out of the way. I feel like I am getting a decent workout, allowing me to burn off some stress, which is my primary objective.Bottom line - I think this is a great choice for people who have limited space but want to do strength training.

Super easy to set-up. It came with everything it was supposed to. It has an exercise guide that gives suggested exercises on the machine. Very well made and can't wait to start home exercises and not have to go to the gym!

This product is very easy to put together it’s very sturdy and is able to support my 300 pound Frame. I am able to exercise my abdomen with ease and no pain no back pain no laying on the floor I love it
