It came folded and didn’t lay flat initially, but very quickly, after using it, it seemed to relax and now lies perfectly flat. I tried highest temperature and was soon roasting! I find 95f degree setting just right. I wish it was big enough that I could roll my chair onto it. Since I use a sitting/standing desk, I have to slide it way forward when I sit, or my chair casters bump into it, and when I stand, I need to pull it out from under the desk. Plenty big for feet, but not much else.

I really never knew these things existed. Pure genius! I use this to keep my feet off the ice cold concrete shop floor in the winter in my workshop. I do mostly sitting work and this has made it an absolute pleasure during the cold season. I LOVE it. I kick my shoes off now when I’m working.

My husband loves this foot warmer for the office. I want to love it however so far I’ve had to send it back once because the first one stopped working pretty quickly hoping this one keeps working

It's a great ... little mat ... LOL - I keep it cool in the office on account of equipment and helping me not fall asleep :-) - and while I stand at all desks I do have one place where I allow myself to sit - and that's where I placed this thing - GREAT product, does what it claims, awesome control (heel or toe or ball of foot) change levels or power off - and it sure keeps feet warm as I tend to walk around in thick winter socks in the winter - and stand on thick soft mats when I work (standing at a desk) - and I use this to warm up periodically - and I also use it when I come in from outside since it works so well - just so small - just a few inches in both directions would be awesome - for now it's just great!!

Works great and is as pictured - taking one star off because it was packaged folded and now has a wrinkle in it when I ordered it to lay flat and “hide” under my desk. It definitely stays warm but the heat seems to fluctuate even on the same setting, not an issue for me just noting.

I work in a warehouse-like setting, so the floors in my office are concrete and the ceilings are high. It's usually quite chilly at my desk no matter how I dress. This mat saved my toes when the heat broke for a week in December and the rest of the winter season. I'm using it for its second fall/winter season and it's still proving to be a great purchase. It can take a little time for the heat to sink in through my boots, and I do wish it was a little wider, but neither is really a make-or-break issue. If you're like me and always have chilly toes, you'll really appreciate having this in winter.

This works great but my husband was not happy with it. It did not work as he expected it to. Since he has trouble with his feet we returned it.

The size was good for us. The adjustable temperature feature had usable levels. The automatic turn-off was a helpful addition. Sometimes having warm feet can make you feel cozy when the stove is put to sleep for the night and the snow is deep and the temperature biting outside. It was a good purchase for us.

Its certainly nice a warm for my feet under the desk. The instruction sheet is somewhat lacking as it mentions no way to turn it off other than unplugging it. Having read the web blurb, I see that it works the same way as turning it on.

This is a great little mat. The surface is easy to clean and it is easy to use. Finding 95F very comfortable.The only critique I have to give is the heating element is centered on the mat (about 50% of the mat surface). The outside edges are cold (foot width). Company should look into ensuring even coverage of heating elements.

Bought this for my sister for Christmas, she has it under her desk which is near two windows. She has mentioned it several times that she loves this product, easy to use, keeps her feet nice and warm (we live in Alberta).
