What is the difference between this item and quick charge 3.0 anker 42w 2-port usb car charger powerdrive+ 2? and why is this the most expensive?

2 quick charge 3.0 ports vs 1 quick charge 3.0 port and 1 iq charge port. The 2 quick charge 3.0 port model is amazing, fits well in the car power port, and has always fast charged on LG V20s.

Will this work better than the flux capacitor?

No. The Flux capacitor can hold a charge of 1.21 jigawatts (1.21 billion watts). This is a 39 watt charger. So the flux capacitor will be able to charge your phone 1.21 billion times faster than the Anker Quick charger, give or take 39 watts. If you really want a fast charger, buy the flux capacitor...
