It's hard to make a tasty, completely natural drink mix that's filled with important minerals and amino acids. That being said, this stuff doesn't taste all that bad, and if you can stand the taste of it, the results are incredible. I'm in my 50's, and for the past 5 years I have used this product to recover from intense workouts, as well as recovering from a gnarly wipeout on my road bicycle. I've also added it to my hydration pack for long hikes in the hot sun. I like to add an additional scoop of Juce brand powder, which helps a lot with the flavor and adds some extra vitamins. I love being active and doing hard things. Women half my age often struggle to keep up with me. I've been approached by many friends, asking me my secret. I always refer them to TMRFIT Clean Postworkout. It's a great post workout drink, but I don't just drink it for recovery. If I'm in for a long haul, I drink it during and after! I never use stimulants before a workout or a hike. I don't need stimulants, if I have this in my wheelhouse. I wish it was easier to find, and I'm so glad Amazon has it!

Listen. I used to take Jack3D when it contained DMAA, I’ve taken C4 also with multiple formula versions, I’ve tried every conventional and high quality pre-workout in the last 15 years. Since I have tried Trace Minerals 6-7 years ago I have never considered changing brands. I’ve been doing HIIT, CrossFit, running and weights since 2007. This formula gives me the perfect amount of energy I need for every work out. I have never felt jittery once or felt like I could crash after. My body doesn’t get tired from doing HIIT and weights 6 days a week and I’ll be 40 this year. I also HIGHLY recommend Trace Minerals Mineral Drops - this is essential for health but it also helps repair your muscles. I also recommend GABA as well. You should care about what you put in your body if you’re taking the time to build in a work out regularly so don’t put JUNK in your body and that’s what you will get from conventional pre-workouts. Not enough people know how amazing this product is. I’ve given friends and co-workers samples and they have all told me it’s a game changer.

I revised my review. This was a great energy drink but the last four orders all have burnt seals (literally smelled like it caught on fire). I had to return them and I don't know if this is just a batch from Amazon or something they haven't fixed.Old ReviewThis is currently my favorite pre-workout drink. I get energy without the gitters or the crash. I like the fact that it has the 72 trace minerals and it is all natural. It does have NO enhancers so I do occasionally get a slight itch in my hands and/or feet. This is normal. I use this before runs, mountain biking or weight training. I usually use about 1.5 scoops.

LOVE this preworkout. Really is clean and the combination of ingredients is on point. Most preworkouts have pure caffeine enough to kill a horse (350-600mg). You do NOT need caffeine in those doses...ever. This have 70-140mgs of naturally source caffeine from teas and herbs. Just the right amount. But the combination of adaptogens and trace minerals and bcaas, this producti will help you power through your workouts. Tastes average, not sweet. Mixes good. Keeps you focused, no jitters, no toxins like fake chemical sweeteners, dyes. Which can make you fat over time anyway. Also other brands Caffeine contents are so high, it taxes your adrenal glands and increases cortisol and bloating.I’ve been training since 16 and tried so many products, this one is safe and effective, even long term. It’s expensive, look up the ingredients and it’s benefits. If your want more strength, buy some cordyceps mushrooms and take 500-1000mg with this.

PROS: The formula is okay, and I LOVE the more natural, clean ingredients and lack of artificial junk.CONS: Very, Very expensive (especially for a new version #1 of a company just getting into the sport supplement company), only one flavor, doesn't taste good (too tart and bitter), contains creatine (so mostly only for men looking to bulk up), only 20 servings, only comes in small size.Summary: If they improved the flavor, added some better intra-workout support, lowered the price significantly, and offered a much, much larger size of it, they'll be on to something. Unfortunately, this product has been out for a while and they haven't improved it, changed the formula, or asked for customer feedback from people using it. Lastly, they need to tell us more about the ingredients. Which are whole food sourced, what type of creatine and BCAAs are used and what are their sources, etc.

I’ve been using this pre-workout for several years and have been completely satisfied. I opened my newest container today and found mold residue under the cap and under the sealed paper. Don’t know who’s fault for this container most likely getting completely soaked, Trace Minerals or Amazon? Make sure to check your product thoroughly upon opening. This needs to be returned.

Love this product. One of the only post workout supplements Ive tried that I can physically tell the difference compared to other brands. The formula re-hydrates, prevents cramps and helps muscle recovery. Find myself often sneaking an extra mix of it with me for work to prevent the drag at the end of the day when caffeine wears off and when starting to be a bit dehydrated. I normally add an extra scoop of glutamine with it to help with soreness. The allergen free label is very true to the claim. I have severe gluten sensitivity more than the average case. Have even tried several brands with gluten free claims. Have had Zero reaction to any of the trace mineral products. Very difficult to find a product like this. Couldn't be happier to have found it on Amazon since my local vitamin shop doesnt carry the post workout. It arrived fresh and packaged well.

Gives me the extra energy I need at the gym without all the unhealthy chemicals and cracked out feeling Lol
