This bottles is so great !!!!Conects with my fitbit watch and sends me reminder on my watch, on my phone and the bottle glows what more do you want!!!!Really great cuz it calculates the amount of water you take per day and the app has really cool features.Sadly my LED lights stated mafunctioning after 4 month of use but i contacted Hidrates team and had a really quick respond and a super customer service really after a couple of back and forth email with custumer service for trying to figure out what went wrong they will finally send me a new sensor puck.So overall really happy with the bottle and the service

Love this bottle! I’m a huge water drinker but since my regular routine has been broken by covid I’ve been getting a lot of headaches and even migraines as I haven’t been drinking as much as I normally would. I thought this might put me back on track and it has. Great design, bottle works perfectly and the Hidrate app is awesome especially if you have an Apple Watch or Fitbit. The only downfall is you have to pay for the other Glow App (to customize your light colours). For the price of the bottle I would’ve expected the app to be free not $6.99. Secondly I got the Hidrate Steel with the straw but then my boyfriend got the regular lid and it’s wayyyyyyyy better. I wish I would’ve gotten that one as it’s very annoying when the straw falls out. Other than those two minor things I absolutely love it and my boyfriend loves his as well!

Let me start by saying that I love my water bottle- I think it is an awesome tool for tracking water. I was reluctant to purchase at first because of the cost but quickly fell in love (even thought the app can be glitchy).I liked it so much I bought 3 others, one for my husband, my niece and my gym buddy. We all love them. BUT here's the catch for the Canadian shopper:. My husband's bottle (owned for under a year at the time- purchased June 2021) the puck stopped charging properly. I contacted customer service (sent them all the info needed in my first email) I was bounced from customer service rep to customer service rep, all asking the same questions and for the same information which I had already provided multiple times. Finally got an answer out of one of them that its over its warranty period (which is 100 days) and that I would have to buy a new puck. The same week the puck on my water bottle stopped working (purchased Feb 2021)This doesn't seem right to me since they are not cheap and should last for more than 1 year.Finally I decided to bite the bullet and order new pucks for both of us. I go to the website try and order and they don't ship to Canada. I try the Canadian website- they don't sell them on there. I try Amazon, they don't sell them either! So despite the fact that I really love my water bottle this deserves 1 star because the bottle barely lasts year- they are expensive disposal water bottles.
