Worked very well till now (11 months after purchase) hose came away from spray fitting-actual pipe failed and leaked all of a sudden.Followed manufactures instructions for winter protection , drained and kept in shed over winter period.When not in use drained and stored on wall bracket (supplied)

Bought this in April, have only used it four times and the hose has split and cannot be used. No response from the supplier. I appreciate it is outwith 30 days but an item like this is not used all the time and has genuinely only been used 4 times.

On the plus side this house is long enough to get to the end of the back garden and also to the front of the house for car washing. It also doesn't tangle anywhere near as much as a 'normal' hose.But that's it.This is not the first hose of this type that I've had, but it will be the last. Why? Because they are all very easy to puncture. The inner (silicon?) tube which carries the water expands hugely under pressure, both in length and diameter, and the tube walls consequently become much thinner. The outer fabric sleeve, which should profide some protection, in fact does not. It appears any little bit of grit that comes into contact with the hose punctures it.That on its own would be an irritation, BUT you can't repair them either as they dont fit the standard snap fit type type fittings. This hose comes with good quality brass fittings on the spray end, which will now go in the bin as I can reuse them or cut the damged section off and reattach it.

Love the long length and it’s very durable found it difficult to find an attachment for my jet wash

Started leaking as soon as I used it but it got the job done

The hose was very easy to set up and the wall hanger is plenty strong enough to hold up the hose. It took minutes to attach it to the tap and then to the wall. Hose length is excellent, it feels light in hand and it's easy to squeeze the trigger - not stiff or requiring a lot of pressure. It retracts nicely when emptied and keeps its shape even when full, it doesn't get solid and unmovable like some hoses. Very easy to drag around the garden, not too heavy even when full. The different spray options are also useful with excellent pressure and reach with the spray distance. I would highly recommend this hose - easy to set up and use for a beginner or an experienced gardener.

Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il est fragile

Après juste quelques utilisations, le tuyau est percé à 2 endroits. Malheureusement j'ai jeté l'emballage et ne peux donc pas le renvoyer. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce produit.

Très bien pour arroser le jardin et nettoyer la terrasse et les murs... pratique et léger...
