Amazon Basics Household Tool Set with Tool Bag - 165-Piece, Turquoise

When I mentioned to my husband that I need a refuel on my tools, he went and just ordered me a whole new set. When I opened the bag, I felt let down. Whay I am about to say comes from past purchases and experiences. I've come to learn that when tools are made for women in pink or purple, the companies tend to put more into ascetic rather than quality. I feel they think that is what women care about more. My last pink set was horrible. Sure, they were a "pretty in pink" set, but functionality was sad. The Hamer weighed nothing, and could barely hammer in a nail. The wrenches came apart after the first big project, and don't get me started on the cheap screw driver bits. So, needless to say, when my husband handed me this set (he knew full well how bad the other 2 pink sets were) I told him I was drawing up divorce paper (jokingly). But, he asked me to be patient and trust him.So, now on to the review of this actual product. First, the set come nicely packed in a sturdy and canvas bag, with lots of goodies inside. All the tools have a nice grip, that is soft so your hand. The hammer is great, solid, and heavy (16oz). The hammer from my last set was 8oz, and felt like I was using the hammer from my son's toy tool set. All of the wrenches are sturdy, and are solid and do not feel as they will fall apart with the first turn. All the tools in this set are really good quality. The only thing that I am a littl leary about is the hacksaw. The handle is a bit flimsy, and the blade looks as though zđ rlook forward to my next project. Our chickens need a new spring home!

It was what I needed. I didn't have any of these things. Saw this and decided to get it. Price was not bad. I have been using it ever since I got it. Was worth the money

So TMI, but I'm going through a divorce and I'm newly on my own, so I needed a set of basic tools to do all that stuff around the house that my husband (and his tools) used to do. I decided on this one and I'm glad I did! I was able to put together a new standing desk and install custom cord management on the underside of my desk. I used the saw to cut a cable raceway and it did the job. I wouldn't use the saw for anything more heavy duty but I was pleased to be able to use it for my desk. The hammer is full sized. All the items that came with the set are good quality for the average homeowner. No little toy hammers here! I know I'll get a ton of use out of this set without worrying that the tools will break on the first use.

This bag comes with it all! Everything that you always a wish you had handy after learning it’s easier to just do stuff urself, than to live with someone who pretends to care enough to do it, and never does! Any single girl will be capable of quite a lot!

This tool bag has all the necessary tools and has been used more times than I can count. It’s our house tool bag so we don’t have to go to the garage for tools all the time when doing house projects.
