Get healed
I used to be stressful and depressed most of the time. I have gone through so many online videos and help to get better. No luck. Then I came across Dr.Ameet's book which did wonders in my life. It has so many valuable health tips that I’ve never found anywhere else. How to heal your liver and leaky gut at the same time! I love that! And the connection of herbs and homeopathic remedies and emotional release for the adrenal glands - wow! Thank you Dr. Ameet for putting all this wonderful info together and making so much sense in a very simple way. Thank you!!:)

The single best book on holistic health
Both my wife and I have suffered from acute and chronic diseases that have gotten worse over the last year. We both have graduate STEM degrees, love to learn, and want to take responsibility for our own health. We have long studied health and wellness, including certification in some alternative wellness techniques.With our problems of the last year, I went on a crash course of learning about physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. I am reading through about 30 books on these topics. When you learn enough, you will see that these topics are all one.If you only have time for one book, this book by Dr. Ameet is the best. It is comprehensive, covering all the dimensions of health, and most of the best suggestions in all the other books. It is written in a very gentle, conversational tone. Interesting and a very good read
This book is great and gives a real in depth write up about not only about foods that keep us healthy but how they also affect our mental well being and why you may be feeling the way you do is down to what we eat.This is a book everyone should read because if everyone started looking after their health more there would be less visits to the doctor's, fewer hospital transmissions and people would not be suffering with diseases we do today
