Only had the oven 10 months and we use less than once a week, no it's stopped working, there's no power getting to it, total waste of money.

It has no internal light so you need to keep opening the door to check. Lacks some of the handy functions of my old combo so I wish I'd simply bought a replacement turntable.We live, learn and get the odd disappointment.

Loved the flatbed design and space. No turntables ever again for us. Lots of programmes that weren't necessary though. Irritating had to keep setting time every time switched off at the wall before being able to use.Biggest fail is it just stopped working one Sunday a couple months max after purchase, when we were using it a lot. After cooling down for hours still wouldn't work. Now the hassle of returning a large appliance, it's not small 😔

The striking feature about this microwave and why I chose it is, no turntable. I love the simplicity of placing it on the bottom. It provides enough space for a larger than average size meal without the worry of a turntable style microwave jamming itself on the sides. It came with a whole host of added features, many of them I have not yet used yet. It's also very simple to set up and use, pop your food in, close the door and adjust the settings and way it goes. I love the style and the colour, black, it matches all my other appliances in my small kitchen area very nicely.

Love it! As a flatbed microwave it has no turntable so gives more space which is really handy, plus it’s easy to clean too. Easy to use heat selection just press microwave on dial press start then move dial to time required then press start again. The beep is handy and you can turn it off if you don’t want it which was handy for me as one of my dogs hates it and thinks it’s a smoke detector (my cooking isn’t that bad!!). Would definitely recommend this microwave and there are plenty of programs I haven’t done yet.
