The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product and received it on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Paid for it to be installed. After 24 hours of installation the screen start running up and down. Contact seller he said it was static electricity and I should contact Amazon which I did. Amazon told me to send proof of how the screen was operating and i did. After doing so supervisor Mary is going to tell me that i will have to remove back the screen and return it to get a refund. She along with other customer service rep were very unprofessional and i will never make another purchase with Amazon.How can I just remove the screen and return it to Amazon when my original screen was thrown away? I bought a screen for it to work for way more than 24 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I like the product because it was cheep got my product and avoided the hassle bu going to the store

My screen digitizer broke along with the screen protector and I did not even dropped it

First one delaminated starting within a week, Amazon replaced without any problems but the second screen lasted a few days. Not a good product.
