The DropWomen's Ana Silky V-Neck Midi Slip Dress

I am 5’8/135 lbs and a 34C cup. I order the green dress in a size small. I don’t want it tight and planned to wear it more casual with white sneakers. The dress, despite being satin and bright green was just blah. Shapeless. What I thought might be a cute, easy outfit was I. My head becoming a “what could I do to make this look better”. Nothing wrong witv it but definitely no wow factor.

Initially, I ordered a Medium (according to the size chart it should be 8/10) in the lovely tie dye pattern. It was so small everywhere EXCEPT the belly area which was very roomy. Aside from the sizing being off, the slip dresses have a v-shaped lining at the chest area which is so visible and really not attractive. I returned and exchanged for the black and white polka dot in the L and I will be keeping it. It fits everywhere except the middle/belly area. So large but whatever. for reference, I am 5'7" and 155 lbsI do see some people dressing this up and wearing out for dinner etc....I would NOT recommend this slip dress for going out on the town. I do recommend it for summer afternoons and loungewear at home.

Adorable slip dress! muted pastel colors, soft silky material. I would've preferred an XS in this dress, but size S still works well, a bit more roomy and flowing. At 5ft & 118 Lbs the hem hits at the top of my ankles. And the top of the dress, the way it's cut/designed covers perfectly (34/C). This slip dress reminds me of a dupe or inspiration of the All Saints Melody Marea Satin Slipdress, at a fraction of the price. The top of the dress at the chest/breast area has a liner in the same material, which I love, but the rest of the dress does not, so it is a teeny bit see through when light hits it just right. I love that this dress can be styled in so many ways, daytime casual, clubbing, or a bit more formal. I would've given 5 stars if the entire dress was lined. Otherwise I totally adore it, and plan on purchasing other colors.

This is a real review with no incentive. I have become really found of these midi slip dresses from ‘The Drop.’ This piece can be dressed up or down..worn solo or layered. I have leaned towards the use of loungewear around the house and running errands. I usually throw a jacket or sweater over if going out. Very easy to grab and go…it also launders very well. It runs TTS…I am a size 6/8 and purchased medium.

I'm a size 18/2X and I wanted a black slip dress like the ones I saw recently (Spring 2023) at Madewell, but their size 16 (the largest size they currently make) did not come anywhere close to fitting me (especially in the bust!) I hopped on Amazon & found this beautiful, simple slip dress in a 2X & immediately ordered it. It fits amazingly well & is so flattering! Not to mention less than half the cost! I'm thrilled :D

I am 5'1.5" around 140-145 lbs. this dress fits nice. I got a medium. I do feel like I could have gotten a small and it would fit a little better. However, it is exactly like the picture and I love it.

This was great for walking around Las Vegas in the heat - I used it with a button down shirt at brunch, a t shirt under for a casual look, and a swim cover up! I just wish I had sized down to make it look intentionally flowy instead of baggy but it was workable!

I love this simple but elegant satin slip dress. It’s definitely perfect for a dressy event with a necklace and earrings, over a T-shirt for something more casual or under a cute sweater for a holiday party. The fit is flattering on many body types. I do advise to just be careful when using it. When it get's wet from water, it will leave a light water mark on the dress until it is washed again. I used it for a wedding and water drops got unto it and my dress had light watermarks which was only noticeable if someone got really close. Otherwise, it would not be noticeable from afar. Overall, I would purchase this again in different colors because its a great basic, dressy dress to have in your closet for any occasion.

Yo uso una talla 16 y el XXL me quedó perfecto. El verde es más oscuro de lo que se ve en la foto, esmeralda muy bonito. Los tirantes son ajustables y es muy comodo

El vestido llegó a Canarias en 1 semana aprox. Es muy bonito, de buena calidad y tiene bastante caída. El problema está en la talla, llevo una 42 en España. Me pedí una XXL para que me quedara holgado y en el pecho me sobra un poco, pero en las caderas y el abdomen se me ciñe. No queda como en las fotos. Para que luzca como a las modelos, tenía que haberme cogido una XXL Grande.

Me gustó el corte del vestido, el largo y la apertura de la pierna que le da un toque sexy. El escote en V favorece mi tipo de cuerpo. Tiene muchas posibilidades para combinar al ser una prenda de fondo de armario. Me gustaría que la tela fuera un poco más suave.
