Simple Houseware Standard Double Rod Garment Rack, Silver

This is a nice rack. Went together without much trouble. Was excited to fill it up. But….there really isn’t enough room between the two racks to make hanging things on both sides ideal. They smoosh into each other in the middle. If it were like 6” wider that would be much better. And…if you load up like I did….it’s not easy to move without it toppling over. Overall it did its job for a garage sale display. However I wouldn’t want to use for a long term situation.

This rack is smaller than expected, especially the width between the two levels. At the upper bar, the pants will knock on the clothes on the lower bar. It doesn’t work well for me. For the instructions to assemble to rack, I recommend the vendor to put a letter on each part corresponding to the instructions, especially the direction for the vertical bars. I had to take it apart and do it again in order to connect the horizontal pieces.

Not study at all. Would probably be ok for small children’s clothes but not functional for adult clothes at all. The two hanging racks are too close together so the clothes overlap making it so you can’t hang much on either. Total waste of money in my opinion.

I assembled this product exactly how the directions showed. It was fairly easy, there was no other way to assemble it besides how the directions showed, however when I got to the tall rack, the holes for the security button were on backwards. I disassembled it thinking it was my mistake, even had two other people confirm I wasn't losing my mind, but sure enough, this product was manufactured faulty. I had to shove the top rack into the setting very insecurely, it is very shaky and I have to be very careful when moving clothes off and on this top rack. Huge bummer, I would like a refund but don't feel like going through the trouble. Maybe it was just mine that was faulty, but maybe not! Beware!

It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough, but the horizontal bars are very close together making it very difficult to hang clothing on both bars.It's as described, my fault I guess for mis-visualising the measurements, but want to let other people know. You're looking at your front and back hangers overlapping pretty much completely on the "inside".Would have been much better off paying a little more for a rack where one or both bars angle away from the center.
