Go Veggie Vegan Parmesan Cheese 4 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This parmesan is the best flavored imitation cheese I've ever had. Most plant based shaker type parmesans have a nutritional yeast taste that I've grown to dislike. The texture is not exactly the same as the real thing but it's still great. I use it on pizza, spaghetti and in my homemade vegan Caesar salad dressing. Since I am both vegan and gluten free it really adds a lot to my dishes!

Go Veggie! Vegan Parmesan Cheese tastes great and is easy to use, just as dairy Parmesan. It even smells a bit like the normal "stinky cheese." I love the flavor and it lasts awhile, but the price is a bit high (as with most vegan items) and the product tends to clump a bit. I can break it up by sharply tapping the container or shoving a fork in the container.I wish more Go Veggie! products were vegan. I always look for the purple label, but they are hard to find in most stores. The vegan Go Veggie! products are much more readily available online.I use this on pasta and vegan pizza as anyone would use Parmesan. Great on other dishes as well, such as squash casserole. The uses are endless if you're creative! Will definitely buy again.

I just received this parmesan cheese and have only tried it once. But for non-dairy, it is really good. The flavor is close to real parmesan, and it has a great texture. I will buy again.

I've used this vegan faux Parmesan cheese for several years. Of all the alternative cheeses out there, this tastes the most like Parmesan. When the nearby Whole Foods grocery stopped carrying it, I was happy that it hadn't totally disappeared and I could get it on Amazon.The container says to "refrigerate after opening" but I found that if you do that, the moisture in the refrigerator makes it clumpy and hard, and I had to chop it up every time I used it. This most recent purchase I've left it out on the counter and it worked much better. It still took some coaxing but it would shake much easier. So far there hasn't been a change in flavor or any stale smell.Taste-wise, it has the tangy, somewhat salty flavor that I love in Parmesan. Since for health reasons I have to avoid animal products and keep my diet low fat, the Go Veggie Grated Parmesan-Style Topping is a great alternative.

Based on the 2 that I just received from this seller am very dissatisfied. The pull date is in 2 months and the contents are basically hard as a rock! HORRIBLE. It has certainly changed because of this particular seller---do not buyPrevious review was (I absolutely love this! It is so good on spaghetti and also on mashed potatoes and on salads. Since going veganthis is a great product to have found. It does have some "clumps" in it but I just shake the container before using it and it is fine. I use it on anything where I want to add some cheese taste. Thankful to have discovered this product. GOOD)Guess it all depends on who is selling it to you????wondering if it is returnable???

i know people say it has a strong flavor but so does dairy parmesan… that’s the point! i love this vegan parm and use it in a ton of my vegan cooking!

I love these vegan Parmesan soooo much!!!! I can’t find it anywhere right now. Please bring it back!
