Simply MarvelousBBQ Peppered Cow, 13 oz

This rub is spicy but not too spicy for someone who doesn't like heat. It sticks with you for a few minutes and I liked that. This was excellent.So far, I've used this on a brisket and then two chuck roasts. My brisket flat was dry but that was my fault and frankly, the rub redeemed the flat for me a bit because although it was dry it had an amazing flavor (the point was on point, as always). The chuck roasts were wonderful. In fact my father-in-law commented that one of the BBQ sauces (cheap one) I had actually ruined it and it would have been better without the sauce (obviously I agreed).

We love this as a dry rub for chicken, pork or beef, has a little kick to it but has a wonderful flavor.

Best rub for brisket I’ve used yet. Creates a nice bark if smoking your brisket. Nice compliment to mesquite smoke.
