I like this product a lot. I’ve used it a handful of times already and even though it had that weird silicone smell after being washed, it didn’t transfer to the ice or make the ice smell/taste weird.Here’s the issue. Do not put anything but water in this if you don’t want it to smell. I used half of it for coffee cubes and the other half for ice cubes. I’ve soaked it in dish soap and hot water and ran it through the dishwasher and it still smells super strongly like coffee on one half.LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY SAY DO NOT PUT HOT WATER ON THE BUCKET! I ran EVERYTHING but the scoop through my dishwasher and everything was fine except the bucket. It’s completely warped and I can’t fix it. It’s my fault though, no blame goes to the seller. Just a heads up.Lastly, after filling it up a bunch of times and using the ice, my water started having this really weird and gross flavor. Turns out it was the ice tray making it taste weird. You’re gonna need to wash it probably every 3 or 4 fill ups.That’s just MY experience though. I like how easy it is to get the ice cubes out of the silicone tray. I’ve broken countless plastic trays trying to twist it to get the ice cubes out. This is much better.I posted a photo of my warped bucket LOL and a photo of what my ice tray looks like AFTER I’ve tried cleaning it. You can see that half of it has a light brown tinge to it. That’s from the coffee ice cubes I put in it weeks ago.

Easy to fill and store this ice cube tray in freezers with no room. The ice tray fits on top of the plastic bin, so you can fill the bin with ice cubes while making new ones. It is easy to remove ice cubes when needed. I have a small freezer with an ice hookup, but we now live in an older house with no water line to the refrigerator. This works great and doesn't leave ice exposed.

I really like the concept of this ice container. It’s a space save and cute.My problem is the ice cubes don’t pop out easily. It pushes out half way, then I find myself pulling them out by hand.Also the lid doesn’t sit securely. It sits on top loosely. Overall it works decent enough for me to want to keep it.

This does OK. I'll admit that making round ice balls ("cubes") is very difficult to do. It does work as described. For me, it's difficult to fill the tray without spilling water everywhere. If you really want complete spheres, you have to almost overfill the tray, and when you close the top over it, water has no where to go but out. Use this over a sink!!!

Trying for the second time. Be aware that the water squirts out when placing the lid. It does leave a flat area on the cube. My counter has never been cleaner after multiple tries to get the air out. :) Overall cute cubes but not completely round.

I like this product. For how cheap it is, I was surprised at the size of it. However, I wish I would’ve gone with the silicone version, because the ice tray does not bend well to get the ice balls out.

It’s not as easy to use as I had hoped but still fun to have.

As long as you are willing to take the time to always make sure the bin underneath is full of ice, than this is great. Takes a few tries to get the water to fill the tray, but once you get used to it, it goes quickly. Only downside is when you put the tray back on top of the container below after refilling it, it does leak water no matter how hard I try to make sure it doesn't. Not a major problem though.
