I have buy alarm clock radios regularly - know how to tune stations, set pre-sets, set up alarms - easy. I'm good at following instructions (eg I actually read them). This is the first time I've been defeated. Setting the time was fine. Tuning was OK. Then I followed the instructions to set up the first pre-set - it didn't work. It's not usually difficult to set up a pre-set. Tried again and again and again and again and again and again. Ad nauseum. Setting the alarm - proved impossible too. Life is too short, so I returned the radio. (I liked the look of the radio though).

I found this clock difficult to set up but then found a video on u tube which helped and I have only had it since october and it is not working in terms of Alarms or sometimes one works and the other doesnt?I would like to get in touch with the supplier to replace this faulty item please?

Part of a Christmas present for my wife... her own bedside table clock... she appears to be happy 😊 with it. The display doesn't light up the bedroom in the total darkness which is nice (as my one does) and the audio is suitably acceptable.

On two occasions the alarm failed to sound. The FM radio sound was also not working. Got it working again by turning power off and on again. The alarm needs to be reliable.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is. My son really likes the "white noise" effect and he puts this on every night to help him sleep. The night light is not the brightest but he is getting used to it. All in all, it's quite a neat piece of kit.

We found the alarm difficult to set but it was a Christmas present so persevered and got it working. Now it has stopped working and refuses to go off in the morning. Only a few months old and useless.

Not too bad for a price like this. Easy to useand can see
