Blue one is lower quality than black one of the same brand
I bought two of these, one blue and one black for my two boys for their school lunches. The black one has a much thicker better quality liner inside than the blue one. The liner on the blue one ripped after about a month of use. I'll still buy them because they are one of the only lunchboxes out there that fits the Ziploc divided containers right side up. I don't want have to tip the container on its side because sometimes the contents leak if my kids don't put the lid on all the way so finding a lunchbox to fit was important to me. I do like the upper section of this lunch box too. I can put things like a banana or cookie in there and it won't get crushed by the heavier contents in the lower section. The adjustable strap is nice too. You can put a lot of food inside one of these. My 15 yr old eats a pretty large lunch and I can always fit plenty in it for him. The black one has held up pretty well for 2 school years for my 10 yr old. He is pretty hard on his lunch box and it gets dragged on the ground and smashed in his backpack. I'll have to buy him a new one for next year but I think getting 2 years rough use out of it made it a good value.

Nice size lunch box
I bought this lunch box to replace my old one which finally gave up the ghost. This lunch box arrived folded and flat. It has taken about 2 work weeks of use to hold it's normal shape. The size of the lunch box is perfect for what I need. I can put two, rectangular 18oz containers and a yogurt in the bottom compartment, and a 12oz rectangular container, full size silverware, and two small "snack" size baggies of raisins/mixed nuts/chips/etc. in the upper portion. Not much else will fit in this lunch box with the above listed items already in there. I'm fortunate enough to have a refrigerator at work, but the one day I did leave the lunch box on my desk for 3-4 hours, everything inside was still plenty cold. I do have a few nit picks about the lunch box though. When it arrived, there were several loose sting ends (1/2" to 1.5" long). The lower portion zipper seems to hang up frequently. I think this may be caused by the way it was packaged. Lastly, the carrying strap can be cumbersome at times. It seems either too short or too long. A small handle on top with a removable shoulder strap would have been a nicer option. Overall, despite the nit picks, I'm very pleased with the lunch box.

Nice and BIG
This lunch cooler is quite large! I bought it for my son and got something bigger since so many other reviews of other bags mentioned how small they were. Well, size is not an issue here. The top part of the bag, which has silver insulation inside, is large on it's own, and the bottom part, insulated and white inside, is gigantic, too. It won't fit in his backpack, so it is good that is has a shoulder strap. Love that the zippers are nice and big (good for smaller hands) and they are silver, so easy to see. It still hasn't quite regained it's shape since it is shipped completely squished down. I am sure if you filled it up often, it would pop back into shape fairly fast and stay that way, but I never have enough to put into his lunch to fill the bag up that much. It would be a great cooler for a short sport meet, too, and we will likely use it for swim meets. Will easily fit soda cans or a bottle or two of water.

Interior lining torn after 4 months of use
Nice lunchbox size and the exterior strap is handy for my son to use to carry his lunch separate from his backpack. This lunch cooler lasted for 4 months and then the interior (white) lining ended up torn (3 inch tear and 1 inch tear) in two places. Otherwise this is an ok lunch cooler.

Fingers crossed it gets better.
It's sooo folded up in the shipping box, I'm not sure it'll ever fully open up to be filled with food. Fingers crossed it gets better.

It just works
This insulated cooler is a good value. it does what it's supposed to do - hold a modest amount of food and keep it fresh. As others have noted, it arrives flattened, so it does take a while to reshape itself into a proper design. And that's the only real issue with it. The interior shiny material can easily catch on the zipper and rip, thus effecting the security of the contents. However, if one is careful to push in the material around the zipper, it works just fine.

Cheap
This lunch sack looks nice, but it isn't very useful. It is difficult to zip because the material is too flimsy and doesn't hold its shape. It doesn't really keep food all that cold either. My advice...keep looking!

Holds a med rectangle tupperware
This is very handy and is big enough to carry a lunch container, fruit sliced and bagged, and snack and yogurt in the main compartment. Keeps food heated early in the morning unspoiled and at good room temp by 11am lunch. Used as lunch bag for teen son. Keeps cold foods cold i small top compartment. Interior lining seem a bit flimsy, but outer layers are well stitched & sturdy
