A Must Tasted Pulse Mixture
Living in Plains , I listen too much about Himalayan Pulses and Rajma ,The kind of aroma and taste they have is hardly beaten by any other pulse ,this navrangi dal is mixture of varied pulse seeds , some which I could not indentify what they are but the taste with rice is of next level ,it's cooked with wild Mustard ( Jakhiya ) and Faran ( A leafy herb ) in tomato paste and surely an authentic taste ,seeds of pulse are pulpy and soft which can be easily cooked with less pre soaking ... intially i was skeptical about it because price is also higher side ,but taste.wins the heart ...kinda special edition of pulse mix for me.
