First, we have owned the swing for about 2 years. It is a good swing and we have been happy with it. My review is more for the customer service. We made a mistake at not keeping the top and weatherproof cushion on the swing. During a family party, our granddaughter was playing on the swing and fell through the seat cover. She was not hurt. We were thinking we'd d have to replace the whole swing, but before we did I contacted the seller through Amazon. Betty with the "Atlantis Team" worked with us and was amazing! She sent a list of replacement parts with photos in black and white. I selected the part which Betty had shipped for a very nominal fee. When it arrived in a few days, my husband realized I ordered a replacement cushion instead of the underlying seat /back assembly cover. Betty was again wonderful and was able to provide the correct part. My husband and I would definitely work with Amazon, the manufacturer "Sakee" and this seller "BenefitForU" again!

The swing was extremely easy to assemble it is very sturdy! The cushion that comes with it is very comfortable. The customer service went above and beyond to assist us and was very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with this purchase!

A good swing for the money

I put my swing together by myself. It was a little difficult but I managed. Love it!

Unit is one year old. Wife sat down and two minutes later went through and it hurt her back. She is not a large person, 135 pounds. It spent it's single winter in the basement out of the weather. My father liked to sit on it, thankfully it didn't tear on him, he's 88. It would have hurt him bad.

Our family love it, kids are enjoying it every day. Great purchase!

Nice swingset for the money. However after only one season the material of the seat felt apart. The bad part - it is not standard with the equal sides. The only replacement I was able to find is cost almost half of the cost of the swingset itself...

Did not like 1 thing about it. Colors green and white faded to brown and white. You would never fit 3 adults on it. Don't even bother buying, waste of time and money and the inconvenience of sending it back!
