Very informative!
The media could not be loaded. Nice chat and easy to understand! Great buy! I especially like on the back The Table Of Compatible Foods. There are 3 lists that state 1 & 3 can't be eaten together BUT foods from column 2 CAN be eaten with both 1 & 3. Example Yogurt should never be eaten with fruit bcus the stomach breaks yogurt & fruit down differently YET manufacturers do it all the time, having its wonder why we can't lose weight! Imagine that!

False advertising
This is NOT IDEAL as expressed. There r contradictory statements as far as combining foods are concerned. Example: only eating one type protein food at a time.....yet combining scrambled eggs n cheese or bacon n eggs for a meal. Another,do not eat starch n honey together... yet, for breakfast they suggest Brown bread n honey. ANOTHER,do not combine starch n tomatoes... a starch meal example is tomatoe n lettuce sandwich. NEED I say more.... do not buy, look at other charts carefully before u decide.... or google it n not spend any money.
