The sign is nice, I added 'Thanks' with a marker on the bottom.
The sign is sturdy, I wish it were a little larger and, I'd get a 2nd if it were cheaper.I added 'Thanks' to the sign with a marker. I didn't want to come off as a B, I've lived here a long time, have a large corner yard and yet, dog owners insist on using it as their Doggy Poop Park, while they check or talk on their phones. No one seems to be able to walk their dog without hanging out on their phone. That has nothing to do with poop but it is related to people who pay more attention to their phones, than that they are purposely leading their dog to my yard to poop!I lost it the other day when a neighbor told me, she wouldn't stop letting her dog poop on my lawn. She said it's too hard to pull her (tiny) dog away and she picks the poop up, so there! :/ Obviously, she knows nothing about dog poop and that particles are left as she smears it into the grass, attract other dogs, who want to also poop there. It's a vicious circle.About 50 dogs are walked down the sidewalk next to my lawn every day. Some owners pick (it) up, others leave it. There's children walking the family dog who'll leave the poop. We've gotten it in our lawn mower and on our shoes, etc. We have excited dogs who come to dig up the grass with their back feet after the go to the bathroom. Dog owners never see their dog's behavior in my yard as disrespectful. Mind blowing. So, I bought this sign. After 20 minutes of putting in the yard, here comes a neighbor boy with his poodle who's taller than he is. The leashed poodle went right for our yard/grass, at the same time, the boy saw the sign and pulled the dog away. It was a struggle for this boy, the dog really wanted to use our yard.I hope dog owners will respect the sign and take their dogs back to their house to poop!

Gets the message across without being rude
My office is by the front window and I watch all day long as people let their dogs do their business in my yard. Honestly it makes me so mad I would like to have a sign with a big middle finger but my wife wouldn't go for it. This sign is polite but direct. Don't just clean up after your pet, don't do your business on my property at all!! Even though some people still ignore the sign, it feels good having it out there and I watch with amusement as people go by and try to hustle their dogs past my property.

Buyer beware - not double sided!!!!
Be aware that these signs only have one side printed on. The back side is completely blank! Which makes the backside completely pointless for dog walkers coming from that direction. I’m returning these signs. Huge disappointment!

LOVE
So far had these a month. They stand out well enough , but do not look tacky. Best to use a mallet to tap down in soil or very gently use a hammer. Had people walking their dogs ( 2-3 people a day) in my side yard of my end unit Town home. I placed these , and the activity stopped. They get the point across !

Great quality but you Please Dog will turn white quickly
These are really well constructed signs. Commercial quality materials. You can beat them into tough soil with a rubber mallet (or hammer if you are super gently) and they will drive into anything. The build is solidThe cons. The color on the signage fades quickly in the sun. After 6 months my “Please Dog” turned white. See pic.
