Does the scent last long

I️ do not suggest this item. Only 2 erasers had a scent and it wasn’t good.

Why is this so expensive?

A business model - selling an item on Amazon, has to take many factors into the customer price. What did the item cost a seller, then there are the many fees that Amazon charges when an item sells, not to mention the monthly fee it takes to become a seller on Amazon. Then you might have employees packing an item, overhead in a building such as lights and heat, then you have the cost of packaging. These costs factor in to the customer price, and different costs to different business models suggest a wide range of prices for the same item. Hope this helps.
