It Really Works!
This is an excellent supplement for bone support. A family member was visiting and had issues with movement and believe it was bone related. I recommended that they try the product to find out if it was bone releatd. I recommended a little more than the daily dosage for a couple of days. They took the supplement and shared the days later that the hip issues were decreasing and they could tell the difference. They ordered two bottles, returned home with the supplement.

Don't take with cal/mag at same time
Excellent combo of ingredients. AI says strontium is like the rebar reinforcement for bones, while calcium is the concrete. They compete for eachother, so do not take with your other minerals. I take 2 of these in the morning on empty stomach as Dr recommended, then my other bone building minerals at lunch and dinner.

it helped!
i have osteoporosis and am on raw calcium supplements. while looking for ways to slow the bone loss i saw these as an addition to boost bones so i decided to give them a shot. it works! the bone loss slowed and the screening showed actually gained a bit back after a year when added to my regimen of calcium and consistent daily walking. i take these in the evening with a meal with no stomach issues or other side effects.

My mom takes these along with red algae pills for osteoporosis. She has never had any problems at all with them. We order this brand over and over. No stomach upset or any other kinds of problems. They have no smell or taste. The quality is excellent.

Feels like a high quality product. No negative effects. I was able to stabilize and even slightly improve bone density results. Used this product, Calcium, magnesium and weight bearing exercises. Strontium is one of the extra ingredients in the Grow Bone formula that many like but which didn't work for me
