Magnet wire is a solid core copper wire coated with a very thin layer of enamel insulation. It is used in the construction of transformers, inductors, motors, speakers, electromagnets, and other applications that require tight coils of insulated wire.

Beautiful, soft, highly conductive & solderable.
I’m using this for electronics, running it like bus wire and scraping off the insulation where I need to solder. It’s awkward, but the wiring is visible in my projects and this wire is beautiful. It’s annealed very soft and flexible and solders really well, once you get it clean of insulation.
