I bought a pair for work. For some reason, we don't carry these were I work. It seemed like I was always needing a pair for forceps/hemostats before I bought these. Since I bought them, I haven't needed them. I still carry them all the time and might be the only one on the floor who has a pair if needed.

I wanted a simple fine point gripping tool for placing electronic components - and I got a better than expected. 5.75 inches long with a moderately narrow tip point about 1.75 inches from the hinge. They could be ground to a sharper point if needed - but they are fine as is for my needs. the surface is a "brushed" finish and looks great, and they look to be laser etched "S.S.-Pakistan-P". very minor surface irregularities make them look like they were hand finished. The hinge is snug (they don't just swing open when released - even unlocked) which is perfect for my needs where I'm looking for a third hand. for the price they are a great value.

If you have dropped something into that little space between the driver seat and the console, these will reach it. They will grab it tightly without doing damage. And you can remove it immediately. They can also hold things together while you glue them, like surgery. They also have other uses. What they really do is get a firm hold on something and keep it until you release it.

I've taken up knitting, and sometimes need to do things like fix a dropped stitch. My fingers are too big, and I keep my nails short, so I needed something to help grab onto those small loops. These forceps fill the bill perfectly. Because they clamp, I can use them to hold a loop in place while I use both hands to maneuver another piece of yarn.

Product works great, but I noticed better pricing locally at the pharmacy.

I bought them for the purpose of pulling out small hairs, but uh, in the picture, the ends of the forceps don't look grooved, so that's why I bought them. As it turns out, they are grooved, which makes it a little more difficult to get those hairs than if they had a smooth surface.They're well made forceps, though, so if you've got any other reason to purchase them, it's a solid decision.

I work in a dental lab and I do some vigorous work on metal. I needed a good set of hemostats (forceps) to hold onto the metal while I grind away at it, and it works great.I will say though, it is definitely a bit flimsy and kinda loose at the meeting area of the screw, but it's not that much of a bother.It gets the job done, and that's all that matters for me on this purchase.

Would recommend as they are good quality for a great price. While you can get some cheaper they are from China and lesser quality as well as taking weeks instead of a few days to get delivered. I had a delivery issue which the company immediately took care of. Reputable company, good product, great price. Best non-China forceps I could find for anywhere near the price.

Good item, as described. Took a while for delivery though.
