DISASTER to install!!!
OMG! This product was a total disaster to install!!! It started out with instructions that were hard to read (photos are blurry) and inaccurate. There isn't even a place that tells you which screws are used for which holes. Which brings me to the biggest problem with this product... the holes in the back plate were drilled too low, so I had to spend hours re-drilling them (with a hand drill) just to get those long screws through to the front piece! Then the back plate and the back piece were misaligned, so I had to screw the back piece to the door instead of the back plate and that meant I had to drill holes in the door! I would never, ever recommend this item to a living soul and I would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

Further testing i preformed ...
I had posted a previous comment on how well this lock works despite the mixed reviews and how its used with a key once or twice a week and mostly a digital use since once customer had some good ideas into this it seemed. While i do like the lock design and the overall idea i noticed about 3 days ago it not only began to fail to unlock but the main bolt that go's into the door frame protrudes wear it did not before so it will not close unless the latch is held to unlock it. After i noticed this happening i considered the possibility's VERY CAREFULLY as to what could be the cause before i simply went dissecting anything and decided the best possible solution to start with is to simply change the battery's that were in there a little over a month now. So far this has worked. If it has an issue any further i will likely look into it and post the issue, what i did to fix it if its fixed and result hear. I honestly think this is a good lock but with all locks you do have some wear and tear and maintenance and the more you use it the less its lifespan will likely be.

Good enough for the money!
Seems to be a good lock. Probably not the quality of some but it's also not the price of some. You buy the cheapest you get the cheapest but I am ok with that in some things. Locks only keep the honest people out so I guess this is one of the things I was willing to go cheap on. Works fine, directions on programming aren't the most specific and they could put a chart in that tells you what the beep codes mean so you don't have to call tech support but once I called in I found out what I hadn't tried in programming which was clearing the codes and it all worked great!

Comes with everything - except batteries ...
After an incident where my daughter and I were locked out of the house, we decided to go ahead and go with this particular lock for her home. You can make your codes as simple or complex as you want, you can set up multiple codes, and you can remove codes. It comes with two keys, so you can still get in if your battery goes dead, or if you have one of your family members who just prefers keys.We are currently having the house worked on and will be assigning the painter handyman his own number, then deleting it when he is done.It is nice that you can just set it to "lock" behind you. The best part is if you already have the car running, you don't have to turn the car off to run up to the door and open it WHEN (not if) you leave something behind.Once we get our daughter moved into her home, we will be changing OUR lock to include this new number system - then if we decide she is an annoying brat, we can just delete her number. (Just kidding - but it makes a nice threat for a teen who has a curfew.)

Ease of installation and changing batteries.
Ease of installation and changing batteries. Simple programming. The panel that is on the inside of the house can be removed to reveal where the batteries go and where you program the code. It does come with 2 keys that can be used. Easily program multiple codes and it is easy to delete just one of them later, you won't have to delete all of them.

NO SUPPORT - mailbox full - better stick with a better Brand
My unit works fine MOST of the time, but from time to time, as a first number is pressed when attempting to unlock the door, the system beeps repeatedly, won't open and won't stop beeping until I remove the batteries (no incorrect numbers were entered). Can't find any troubleshooting document which mentions this on their website. I tried to contact the manufacturer by email and got this "<[email protected]>:...The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full."

Decent Lock
I've had this lock for a little over a month now. It works fine in warm weather but it is beginning to get colder out and it is not unlocking well. It may just be the batteries and it might need cold weather batteries. Also it at times can get stuck unlocking. Make sure not to place pressure on the door when hitting the unlock button otherwise it will get stuck.
