I liked everything about this outlet, particularly that I can control it with the app. The app allows you to set programs to turn on/off items. Setup took some effort but was not difficult. I really liked that inece the plug is removed from the outlet (after it is set up on your network), you can plug it bag in anytime/anywhere in your house (and outdoors) and it remembers your network. You do not need to pair it with your network again. It’ll run through about 10 seconds of communicating with your network automatically and turn green (pairing complete) and you’re all set to use the item again. I bought three to control my outdoor Christmas lights. Be mindful that the plug is hard molded so you can only fit one of these into a single outlet. The plug is positioned so you physically can’t fit two in the same outlet. You’ll need say a power strip or short extension from the second plug in and then connect your second Meross device. We bought the one that doesn’t pair with Apple Home app but they make one that does. So figure out which apps you want it to work with for voice control…Alexa (Amazon), Siri (Apple), Google. Most have both Amazon and Google, and either Smart things (Samsung) or Apple.

This paired perfectly with my Alexa. I love how each plug outlet can be individually program. With the help of Alexa and this outlet I don't have to keep reminding myself to turn my outdoor lights on or off. It does it all, so happy I bought this one!!

Setup was a little difficult. The directions in the package, on line and the FAQs were not easy to follow. Once set up it works fine with the ability to set on and off times for the plugs separately as well as control it manually from phone or tablet.

Bought 2 Meross smart dimmers and linked them to Apple HomeKit. One worked fine, the other not. I contacted Meross support by email and explained exactly what was wrong and they replied requiring me to make two videos showing how the dimmer did not work, to provide a screen shot of the Homekit set up code, to provide the Amazon shipping info. I did all this and emailed it to them even though the switch only cost $39. The time and trouble exceeded the cost of the product. Follow up emails to Meross have gone unanswered. I’m wondering if they just make unreasonable demands to wear customers down hoping they will give up? I’ll be glad to return the defective dimmer for a replacement but they have not replied and I’ve been emailing them for weeks. Poor customer service at best.

I bought this 3 plug outdoor smart plug because I upgraded to a new water fountain and I want to control the water fall separate from the LED lights plus still control my LED yard lights. Setup was fairly simple but I am an ex-IT administrator so I don't have issues with setting up most all electronic devices (just an FYI). After working for almost 3 weeks, the plug started turning itself on/off repeatedly when my nighttime setup comes on (nothing like having a flashing light show in your front yard!). I did my typical IT troubleshooting steps and reset the plug to factory and reset up all my timers, the same thing happened the next evening! This is when I reached out to Customer Support since I am now 2 day's past the 30 day return policy.The response I got was that they were sorry I was having issues and could I provide a video for them - easy enough and I did send it that night. The next day I got a response to "reset" the plug to factory settings as that should resolve the issue - so again, I do the reset and the very same thing happened again that night - flashing lights on/off/on/off for each of the 3 plugs. I take another video and email it back with the results and asked about an RMA to return the plug as I do NOT trust it to work and am afraid of what damage it will do to my water pump in the fountain and all the lights.I understand I'm corresponding with a company based outside of the US but it has been 5 day's now and they have yet to respond - total silence! I have gone back to my original 2-plug smart outlet that works (different brand) and I will just reside myself to having the fountain LED lights on 24/7 (at least they are LEDs so not much power drawn).I really wanted to like this outdoor smart plug but it would have to WORK for me to even give it 2 stars - I wish I could give it negative stars for the poor customer service! Maybe if you live somewhere that is not in the sweltering heat like we have in Texas, this plug would be OK? But I would NOT suggest it to anyone I know.

This is a great product and the accompanying app is also very easy to use and setup. I really like the fact that it has three outlets and each can be programmed separately for different timer/function. i have two of these and i use one 24/7 365 days another one during the Holidays as outdoor timers. I also have two Wyze wifi outlets as well and i like those as well but they only offer two outlets, same individual timer/function operations as this Meross.Two suggestions for making this the Perfect Outlet-1) Increase the outlet plug spacing between each input so it can accommodate larger male plugs with built-in transformers (same comment for Wzye)2) The wifi receiver on this outlet is not as good as the Wzye receiver. I had to replace Meross with the Wzye because it would not pick up the wifi signal where as the Wzye outlet had no issues. Your router has to be close inside the house for this outlet to pickup outside. if distance is an issue, i would opt for Wzye instead.

Great product, I used to turn on and off lights on my indoor green house. it is very neat and compact product.

Very quick setup and individual outlets is so nice.One controls shed lights other does a battery tender and other is the Oil pan heater to help start for winter plowing.Can control those independent to get it so I can just go out start plow up and get to work.

Thus dimmer switch works well for th functions that is does. It doesn't have a schedule in the app to set, or turn on when my phone comes with in the vicinity. Thus was easy to set up. What I'm hoping for is that it doesn't go "off line" as a competitor does and seems to need to be replaced.This dimmer/switch also has a manual function for the on/off and dimmer so you don't have to use your phone.The dimmer function doesn't seem to go as dim as some others, that is that 1% is brighter than 1% on other brands... all about setting the ambience.
