Definitely worth the buy!
In regards to photo, the bottle on the left is from my vet and the bottle on the right is the one I ordered from here. Exactly the same ingredients and directions. The only thing that differs in the photo on bottle. My 15 year old chihuahua has very dirty teeth and it’s a risk to put him under for a dental cleaning. Vet recommended this wash and even sold it to me from his clinic. I moved out of the area and i’m now 30 hours away (via drive) from my favorite vet, so I wasn’t able to get more from his clinic. Im so thankful I can order it from here, though! i’m very happy with my purchase.

It might if you can get your cat to sit still while administering it but mine won't at all and it's like WWF each night so I'm giving up
Not really sure if these work as a dental prevention product. It might if you can get your cat to sit still while administering it but mine won't at all and it's like WWF each night so I'm giving up.My biggest criticism is the design of the wand like applicator. The opening is very narrow (to get a good stream) but there's no air venting from the bottom (now top) of the bottle so we you administer it it tends to spurt out or not come out at all. Also, the solution uses a sugar free base which clogs the spout and you have to rinse it after each use. Need a better designed bottle to use on cats and dogs.

My vet approved this.
My 16 yr old had unpleasant breath. One small squirt after meals (twice a day) has helped. He doesn't mind the taste. It's lasting a long time. Brought this to the vet and she approved using it. Be careful of fabrics or carpet because it does leave a whitish sticky residue if any drips. Cleans right up though.

product causes severe coughing
even with tiny amounts, my dog will immediately start coughing severely hardly able to catch her breath. odd. I have never had this experience with this product before. I don't know if there has been a tiny change of some sort that causes such a severe reaction. maybe a product control issue with this lot of product. I am careful to administer the product at the front of her mouth, yet the coughing ensues.

I'm very pleased with the results
I apply this product directly to the gum lines and teeth of my small dogs. The applicator makes this a simple and quick process. I don't put the product into the water bowl because i want to monitor the amount (very little) the dog receives. I have elder dogs and brushing their teeth is a no-go! I'm very pleased with the results.

Works, and The Dogs Didn't Hate It.
Seemed effective at keeping the dogs' teeth clean, and they didn't seem to mind the flavor. I couldn't detect the scent of the product, but I'm sure they could. I put it in an old dental spray bottle for ease of use

Clenz-a-dent Chlorhexidine Rinse a must for my older cat
Works great for my cat. He eats better when he gets his daily oral Clenz-a-dent. He's an older cat and needs it.
