Great book with lots of tips for Toastmasters of all levels of experience. I picked up quite a few interesting thoughts myself despite being a member for 15 years, having been in a District evaluation final and having done nearly 200 workshops on how to do evaluations. Loved the thoughts of other expert evaluators at the end of the book too. Highly recommended.
