I went looking for one of these to use along with my oil cleanser after seeing a YouTuber doing the same. It seemed like a good idea at the time.Anyway, I went with this one because of the lightning deal—figured I had nothing to lose.Apparently I was wrong—because I lost SO MUCH SLEEP to this thing. Idk what is wrong with it, but I swear it has a mind of its own!When I initially opened the box, I left it to charge for a few hours until I was ready to start my skincare routine that night. Turned it on. Tried out a few settings. Everything was fine. I wasn’t exactly convinced that it was making my oil cleanser any more effective than I already was, and be beep while changing settings was annoyingly loud for someone with small kids—but it seemed to work fine for what it was. Finished washing my face so turned off the tool. Cleaned the cleanser off the tip and put it away in the drawer. By the time I’m done rinsing my face, I hear the loud beep followed by my drawer vibrating with this thing inside.Of course my reaction was …wtf? I open the drawer, turn it off, continue getting ready for bed. By the time I turn the light off, it has turned on by itself AGAIN and is once again vibrating in the drawer. I turned it off but this time waited to see if it would turn itself back on. It did. Again and again. And again. I finally figured out that it wouldn’t turn itself on if it was plugged into the wall charging, so I left it to charge overnight so I could deal with it in the morning. Only, about an hour later, the loud beep sounds again and it’s back on vibrating on the counter. Obviously this wakes me up. I kept trying different tricks to keep it from happening until finally giving up and wrapping it in several towels (to muffle the sound) and putting the whole wad into my car overnight so I could get some sleep.Needless to say, I will be returning this item. I’ve only given it a second star because it STILL hasn’t run out of batteries and I guess that’s impressive somehow? I feel bad for the unsuspecting UPS workers that I’m about to drop this thing off with.

Within 14 days of buying the product, went on the website, created an account, signed up for the lifetime warranty, selected the FREE gift (a $20.00 Amazon Gift Card) and also did a separate review in addition to the one I posted on the Amazon site. Its September 2021. Still haven't received the FREE gift! No contact from the company regarding the status. NOTHING! At this point, a customer could come to the conclusion that the only reason the "ONE FREE GIFT" was offered is to get a "FAVORABLE" review in order to one-up its competitors selling a similar product, with no intention of ever sending the customer a "FREE GIFT". This product accomplished the task. I love the slim fit and the sleek aesthetic. I also like the ability to use the USB charger.

What an amazing little device !! Affordable luxury is what I Call it! Extremely easy to use ! I like the product. I’m still testing it out to see its effects on my skin after 3 months of use (update to follow). It does a great job of cleaning the skin, but I’m currently testing to see whether the device or the facial cleansers/moisturizer are causing my acne to spread.To improve the product, I’d appreciate if the instructions were clarified in more detail on how to use the ion +/- and lifting functions to make sure I’m using the device correctly.
