I'm very satisfied with it. It looks and works great. The high setting is loud but you can feel the suction power. Installation was pretty easy and the between the installation video on the listing and the included material, I had no issues installing it. I already had power and exhaust out of my roof so I just connected to them but mounting it to the wall was easy. The LED lights are the right amount of brightness. Not too bright or dim. After some research, I went with the 36in model over my 30in stove. The picture I attached is what it looks like but it'll look even better once I finish the wall tiles.

I have a BBQ shed that I use all winter long. I needed a way to remove the smoke to the outside. I have a pellet grill and on startup it creates a huge amount of smoke for a couple minutes. It would choke you without being able to vent it outside. This was a great rice on Prime Days. I had been looking at it before then and pulled the trigger at that time. The mounting instructions are just simply wrong. the recommended height above the cooking surface is 26 to 30 inches. Being a shed, I had to put a cross piece between two studs horizontally. Cooking surface is 30 inches high, so I put it at 62 inches. What they don't tell you is that the hanging bracket on the back is at least 8 inches above the base of the vent. Had to take it down, raise the horizontal and rehang. I still find it too low when the grills are outside for the summer and have smacked my head off of it 7 times putting the finishing touches on the shed. The curved glass looks very nice, but it will sneak up on you. You don't notice it until your head smacks off of it. And I am not tall. It is powerful, grass under the vent cap on the outside will blow from 10 feet above it. I will use that high setting for the startup process then use the lowest for the remainder of the cook. Powerful, great looking hood.

I have installed many exhaust fans before and this was on the easier side. I had the 36” glass and it was HEAVY. It only had one bracket holding it up so I didn’t trust the drywall anchors, go to Home Depot and buy the toggle anchors that slide through half inch hole and you slide it tight (they resemble zip ties).. add some silicone to back of the bracket and it was set. My suggestion is to NOT attach all three brackets on the wall according to their distances. Simply install the one bracket holding the lower chimney peice together and don’t attach to wall, attach top bracket with double sided Gorilla Tape against ceiling , slide inner peice up and attach (don’t forget to plug it in , you’ll be extremely upset, trust me! Lol. The performance is good , the lighting definitely could be better, but that’s typical on these, the only thing I didn’t like about the appearance is the dumb “Comfee” logo on front. It’s something I can get over though. Note, anyone with 8’ ceilings and a 1’ bulkhead, this chimney will allow you to hang at proper height and utilitize the the recirculating option. There’s just enough room to slide interior chimney up to expose the vents! If recirculating, remember to buy the charcoal filters

Did a total remodel on my kitchen when we bought our new house. Not sure if the tiny dent came from shipping or when it was being installed but we wanted something classy and stylish. This is the PERFECT fit. Has a great suction on it. It is a little loud when you put it on high but hardly ever need it on high because the lower levels work so well.

Install was fairly straightforward, instructions were a bit confusing and required a lot of dryfitting and logic-ing. I STRONGLY recommend throwing away the drywall anchors included. They are garbage and WILL fail. Buy toggle bolts and use those instead. As far as the actual function of the range hood it has incredible suction, holding up paper plates easily, it isn't too loud on low/medium. High is loud but that's expected for the amount of power. The LEDs are bright, cool not warm.

Horrible. Lights went out within a few months and cannot find help which bulbs to order. Never order from this loser company

It is so pretty, I love the glass and a stainless steel sides. I haven’t had a chance to put it up yet, but it really looks nice. It is so beautiful!! It put the rest of the icing, (hood) on my cake (kitchen) it looks AWESOME!! I love it!!! It also is verry quiet, which is a plus too!! My kitchen turned out to be just as beautiful as I thought it would !! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!❤️❤️
