An Element of Kinetic Decor
Simple to assemble. Works non-stop as long as water in the cup is refilled. Kids are endlessly enthralled by it. It is almost treated like a pet that has to be cared for everyday.

I love it.
Wonderful item for decoration / entertainment. I could not stop myself to observe it 3-4 times a day for a couple of minutes. Initially, its tricky to get it rolling consistently but with few hit and trial with the neck length adjustment, I could manage to see them oscillating continuously. They work wonderful in slight windy areas. wind from from fans in the rooms or from doors and windows. doesnt required to keep directly under the fan or in firing line of the windows / doors.Try it.
