Great color pay off and clean ingredients but unfortunately the polish chipped on all my nails after hours of application.

Mellow yellow is pastel yellow. It's a very pretty color. When I used it with the brand’s base coat and topcoat, the polish lasted for almost a week before it started to chip on one of my nails. I waited about 20-30 minutes between each coat of polish to dry before I placed on the next layer (1 layer of the base coat, 2 layers of mellow yellow, and 1 layer of the topcoat). When I placed on the topcoat to seal the nail polish, I avoided getting water on it for at least 1-2 hours. Although the drying time took forever, I believed it helped the polish stay on for almost a week. (By the way, base coats are important in protecting your nail from straining and being damaged by the nail polish.)Why did I choose this nail polish (even though other brands sell the same color for less)?I chose this nail polish because I wanted to use a non-toxic nail polish. Compared to other non-toxic nail polish brands, this one is probably one of safest and most affordable one out there. This nail polish has the leaping bunny logo. For anyone who is unfamiliar with the logo, the leaping bunny is consider a global gold standard for cruelty-free and the most reliable one out there. Other cruelty-free symbols are pretty much fake, including products with the PETA Cruelty-Free logo. Almost any business can get the PETA Cruelty-Free logo by simply filling out a form. However, that is not the case for brands with the leaping bunny symbol. Brands with the leaping bunny symbol have to agree to audits to verify if their claim is true, and certifications are renewed annually.Anyway, products with the leaping bunny symbol also tend be safe and non-toxic as well, which is why I decided to buy this brand of nail polish, even though other brands may sell a similar color for less. For me, I think it’s best to consider safety and health now in order to avoid possible health issues that may arise later on.Packaging: I received it in a small box. The nail polish was thoroughly cushioned and protected by bubble wraps that was further cushioned by tissue paper.

I'm very impressed with this polish, especially since it's plant based, non-toxic, cruelty free and botanically infused and contain no harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, etc. There's no nasty smell either when using it. I know it's always recommended to use a base and top coat for longest wear, however, I didn't use either. The pictures show both my left hand in the left picture and right hand in the right one. I used 3 coats. These pictures were taken 1 week after applying. As you see my left hand is completely chip free. My right, dominant hand is also virtually chip free, except for the middle, ring and pinkie finger did have some chipping after about 4 days, considering I'm right handed and type for a living, and did gardening, dishwashing without gloves, etc. I did a light touch up to those nails with one coat and it's holding up nicely. I'm very happy with the color, which is a pretty pink like cotton candy once dried, coupled with it's coverage. I'm so impressed, I had to leave this review. Hope it helps with your decision.

Amazing!! ^^^the photo is my nails after a week of wearing this nail polish.It barely started chipping on the tips after 2 days and held up after workouts, hair washes, painting, cooking, rollerskate maintence, dog fun etc. only on the 5th and 6th day did the index nail chip the most but still lasted longer than OPI or Sinful Colors. My nails are brittle but the polish stayed together even when my nail wanted to split!To be fair, I applied 3 coats since it doesn't build up tok quickly; this may be the secret to making it last longer...

Half full and dried up better be sending me another product really quick I ordered topcoat it was fine I ordered a two pack of nail polish it was fine I ordered two colors last week they were fine now what packer would not notice this was half full ridiculous

Pretty good.. I got white and you need 3 coats to cover without streaks. I do have to say I feel its better for my nails than standard polish.. wore for about 4 days before removing and my nails werent damaged like other standard polishes do to my nails.. very minimal chipping at 4 days.. would have lasted longer, too, but i needed a change.

I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this product before. I tried it on a whim because I have been looking for some natural nail polish. I’ve tried other brands I haven’t been totally impressed. I’ve only had to do very minor touchups over the course of two weeks and it’s only just now needing a redo. Are used a clear base of nail strengthener, then this, cover with a clear topcoat. I also appreciate that it’s made in the USA. I’ll be buying a lot more shades of this product.

If you are trying to get a nail polish that is really toxic-free, don't even bother with this brand. It STINKS (like regular nail polishes), takes a lot time to dry, and doesn't come off easy... I have used other brands and this one, I would definitely not recommend! And since they can't be returned, they are going STRAIGHT to the garbage can! (I regularly use Sophi or Piggy Paint). I just wanted to explore other alternatives!
