Just got it today and have installed it myself. #1 Just uncrew the clock back pannel,#2 Remove the Clock needles one by one,#3 Uncrew the bolt provided for the machine#4 Install your new machine same way##5 Place the back pannel, and screw it back.There you go, Your Precious time is replaced in less money.

The clock mechanism is completely silent as advertised. The ‘second hand’ glides over the clock face without jerks. Impressive.
