Great Value for Money and Excellent Results
I had considered attempting to clear my ears but was a bit concerned that I would do myself some damage. Absolutely nothing to worry about. All the instructions are clear and precise. I was surprised how easy it was to set up and to actually use. I wouldnt be without it now. Highly recommended.

Actually very easy to use and very safe.
Very easy to use and very safe, as long as you keep them always very clean. They will help keep your ears clean, but will not clean out ears that are very dirty, the pack does include some ear tools made of metal, I would not recommend using these tools though, just the soft spirals.

A well packaged kit for ear hygiene
I have wanted one of these kits ever since learning of the dangers of cotton-wool ear-buds as well as the difficulty in finding a GP Practice that will syringe ears for you. The brilliant thing about this kit is the way you can keep all the components together in a very sturdy transparent clip lock box. This is an ideal size for a bathroom cabinet. Everything is there when you need it. The Instruction Manual is reassuring and comprehensive. As for the tool itself, the removable heads are easy to fix on or remove for sterilising. Both styles of head (screw type and tiny brush type) are made of soft and flexible silicone and are very easy to clean. My first go was a little tentative, but I soon realised that this is a far better method than the old style cotton buds. All in all I am very pleased with the kit and I think it will give both me and my family years and years of use.

Rubbish
Cheap materials, doesn't work, just bends when inserted into the ear and does not get any wax out.

Primitive and overpriced for what it is
Despite the company offering me a £10 Amazon voucher to write a 5* review (!), it really isn't anything like a 5* product. The soft drill attachment doesn't seem to do very much, while the more bristled attachment is moderately effective. But you're paying for four of each which you would never need (just clean the one you do use), and I think probably paying double what would be a fair price. Certainly not worth £10+ based on what's in the box in my estimation.

The most important health tool you could buy this year
I’ve suffered from blocked ears for many months. Sinus and frequent air travel recently caused my airs to constantly ring and my hearing quality went down. I tried ointments, ear buds and even called my GP for advice. No luck.I gave this ear wax remover a try, almost a last report, and never expected such a fast result. The soft rubber heads, brush style head and liquid provided got to grips very quickly with the built up wax. I got quite a shock to see what came out, ear buds had never been doing the job at all. A few minutes after using it, I was clear for for the first time in months. I’ve used it about once a week since, although the amount of wax is much reduced from the first time. The brush style heads keep the ear canal clear and clean with a quick turn taking about 10 seconds.I would highly recommend this product. Easy to use, very reasonably priced and instant relief delivered.

A clever design that works
I found the ear wax kit comprehensive with a clear instructional manual and a handy case to keep all the components to the removal system in. I found that although I needed assistance to put the drops into my ear I could use the spiral and small brush attachment easily and without help. Initially i used the product a couple of times when I first got it but now only need it a couple times a week, usually after showering when my ears are wet.As its impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor or even a nurse ( you have a better chance to get any medical assistance when needed in a developing country than in the UK ) this system eliminates the need to trouble them. I am happy to recommend this product if ear wax is a problem to you or if you regularly use cotton buds which are not environmentally friendly.

Make it easy
I wanted to find an alternative to q-tips and this works great. They're easy to use and easy to clean. The spiral tips are flexible and from reading previous reviews from people that it came off while in their ear... that's because you turned it the wrong way I'm guessing. I've had no issues, but that's also because I'm right handed and I could see that you would need to be aware if you were left hand dominant? Just know that it's an easy solution and pulls wax out in a satisfying way. You need to use the included drops or do it after a shower to get really great results. It does tickle. Have fun!

safe hygienic way to remove excess wax build up in ears
I am very impressed with this kit. I have had chronic issues with wax build up and had to resort to using CARBAMIDE PEROXIDE drops and letting them soak in to soften wax then rinse. This is a far gentler and easier way to clean my ear canals. With regular usage of the tools and only warm water I am able to keep my ears clean and clear with minimal usage of the ear drops. the tools are well resigned and very easy to clean being silicone. I like that there are several sizes to find the one that best matches your ear canal. For this price it's great value and I think this will last a good while before I have to replace the tools from wear. My only critique would be to have been little better in the manual explaining usage or to have a link to videos to see how best to use the kit.

Hazardous silicon tip
The blue silicon tip is hazardous. It got removed inside my ear while cleaning. I had to go to the doctor to had it removed.
