The bag is exquisite. I’d like the contents I place inside to be as well but they’re compromised when the clasp unhooks and things fall out when picking up the bag after a week, I have a problem. The fix to this problem is the key but I’m not locking/unlocking my bag EVERY single time I need to go from one place to another.

There are occasions in business where a more elegant and formal looking bag is appropriate. I bought this one in black and it fits the bill. I have several Time Resistance pieces and the quality of the hand-dyed full grain leather and the craftsmanship of this bag is typical TR. A bit pricey but not over-priced IMO. I use this bag without the strap, which is frankly a bit thin and uncomfortable anyway. This is a medium sized bag in which I typically carry my MacBook Air, two to three legal size file folders, my moleskine journal, with room for additional presentation documents or materials provided at presentations or business meetings. Adequate space and places for smart phones, calculators, pens, business cards, etc. Not something everyone will want or value, but for anyone looking for a higher quality bag with elegant styling at a "reasonable" price, you likely won't be disappointed.

Beautiful bag. The leather is high quality, thick and lustrous and well fed with oils. I previously had a bag of similar design from another brand, which I returned because the quality of the leather was so mediocre. The difference here is night and day. I think this will age well.I had a small problem where some of the paint used to seal the edges of the leather was rubbing off, but the seller (on my request) kindly provided some edge paint so I could fix the problem myself, and threw in some free leather balsam too. So I'm impressed with the after sales service.If I had to make a final point of criticism it would be that having three internal compartments and leather that is not too stretchy makes it hard to put slightly larger and thicker items in, for example a 0.5L water bottle and/or a small lunchcase.
