I absolutely love this heating pad! It heats up so fast. It covers your shoulders and back all at once. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It has a long plug in cord so you can lay in bed or in your favorite comfy couch! It also rolls up for easy and convenient storage.

My family has been using this heating pad for the last 2 years and it is fantastic! I love so much about this heating pad... first of all it fastens securely to your body (around the neck and also around waist). It is reversible so if you are laying down you can decide which side of your body you want the cord to lay on! You can remove the cover and wash it... don't put it in the dryer though. And the cover is so incredibly soft. It is a nice size and for the average person it covers the whole back. The hot does get really hot, which is so nice if you live with chronic pain. It does cool down on its own after it has been on a while, so to get it to heat back up just turn it off for a few minutes and then turn back on. Having a nice heating pad like this comes in so handy even if you do not live with chronic pain. Worth every penny!

I have back issues upper and lower and work from home. This can be worn sitting upright! It has a snap around the neck and a tie around the waist and is a very comfortable and helpful way to ease the tension and discomfort in your back…neck to butt! ( and it covers the tops and front of the shoulders too!). Incredible!

I typically wait some time before I write a review, but this product is so amazing I couldn't wait. I have been looking for this heating pad for SO long. I have chronic migraines caused by arthritis in my neck so my neck and shoulders hurt all of the time. This is the only heating pad I've found that is made specifically for that pain. It gets very warm very quickly and all over. Yes, the neck portion does get hot. The only thing I might change is the shoulders. They don't seem to get as hot as the rest, but I am very little so it may just be too big on my shoulders. I still give it 5 stars all the way around.

I keep it on the back of my couch in cold weather when I'm watching tv, I can just lie against it. It has 1 or 2 hour settings, so if you forget to turn it off it will automatically shut off. It's just a great device.

I only used it 3 times and it stopped heating. I believe it is a faulty switch. It is not something I use very often and because of that I cannot return it or have it replaced. Now I am stuck with a useless heating pad. ' .......Adding to my review. Now I'm really upset. I cannot find a replacement controller either so that means the money I spent on this was like throwing money down the drain. Very disappointed in this company. Do not recommend buying any products from this company.***March 5 2023 Update. Id like to give the seller a 5 star review. Immediately seller remedied the situation. When they saw my review they went out of the way to notify me that they would replace the heating pad or give me a refund. I really like the product. I now have a replacement and it is working. I only used it once. If it keeps working I will raise my rating, but the seller gets 5 stars. Thank you for being so prompt and courteous

This is a great colour, has great heating options and but button on top helps, however my torso is long and to get to my lower back it need to unbutton so it doesn't choke me :p but the should heating and back heating feels great ! The high level does lose its heat after a while to kind of tone down heat, but that seems to be a theme with all heating pads I've used.Also this is amazing for the price !

My son was always cold in his basement home office. This jacket was just what he needed to stay comfortable. He s@y# that is very comfortable and adjusts to just the right temperature for him.

I bought two of these one for me and one for my husband my husband has a really bad neck and back and I can tell you this is one of the best products that we've ever used
