The color or pop bursted in the bowls. The upper coating of the color bubbled after 6 months because of water, how to restore that???

Ordered and got the product in time. Unfortunately the lights were not working. Highlighted this to the seller and he was very cooperative in making sure we tested it out. Ultimately, we decided to replace the product.In the meantime, there was some practical difficulty on the sellers aide to send a replacement and it was communicated clearly.I waited. After some days, I had thought I will not receive the replacement and I continued to use the piece I had. But to my surprise, after almost a month, I got a call back saying the challenges have been resolved and my replacement piece is on the way.Received it and returned the previous piece and the new one is working perfectly fine.Full marks for the great after sales customer service and quality product.Thanks for the help!!!!!
