Cheap, Great Quality, Amazing PC!
Works amazingly great for a refurbished computer. Comes with a keyboard and mouse, al though they aren't of the highest quality. Still a great PC!

Missing connections; keyboard keys missing/broken
There are two important connectors missing from the tower received, however they clearly show on the website. Suspect the most important connection is for the monitor, which I recently purchased new. Also, one loose key (#1) was inside the box, along with one additional broken key and one missing key for the keyboard. Also included was a micro-stick with Wifi printed on it, but I don't know why since there does not appear to be a plug-in location for the tower - it was also loose in the packing, along with three small plastic pieces that did not seem to be part of the tower. Quite disappointing, so I am returning the item.

It was slightly damaged when received
I ordered this online and the specs meet all of the requirements. I had a peculiar issue when I received it with regards to having a hard time turning it on. The power button on the front was really hard to push and when I did manage to get the tower to turn on it would shut off with even the slightest movement. I thought there may have been an issue with the power supply but the cords all worked fine and my plugs were correct.I ended up taking the panels off and putting them back on. In doing so this solved the problem...the panel on the front of the tower was positioned incorrectly which caused the power button to be overloaded or constantly held down and it 'seemed' like it was turning itself off.It was a big pain to deal with and had me nervous because this will be a work computer. I was able to troubleshoot it and fix it. Outside of that the equipment is great, it runs fast, plenty of memory and once I fixed the hardware positioning I have no complaints. Definitely a good deal .

Died after 6 months
I purchased this tower in December 2022. By May 2023 it would not stay turned on. I was told I missed the return window of March 2023. Waste of money!
