Rokii Gel Headache Relief Hat, Migraine and Headache Relief Cap, Chronic Migraine, Tension Headache, Cluster Headache (Black)

At first, I wasn't quite sure how to rate this product but I suffer a lot with headaches and migraines. The gel of headache relief hat seem to conform to your head without it being suffocating. The pressure was pretty legit and the coldness of having it in the freezer seems to knock that initial form of headache that is coming on. I like how it is gel because using ice in a bag or cold/frozen towels just doesn't seem to hack it. I've tried frozen corn packs and those help too. However, this just conforms to your head with some pressure. What I recommend is when it first is being taken out of the freezer, just wait about 1 minute before putting it onto your head. Unless you like getting brain freeze right away haha. I actually really like this product, I would say its lasts about 20ish minutes before I have to put it back into the freezer again. Overall, I love this product and I think it helps allieviate some of the headache. I also bought one for the jaw as well that does the same thing. I'm still kind of testing them out - but I believe this product helps a lot. Everyone is different, with what helps them more whether it be cold or heat, I use both on different occasions but the cold seems to get it pretty good recently.

It arrived in just three days.The material is really smooth and soft,easy to put on or take off. I tried it in room temperature and it's cool enough to relief my headache and irritation to the bright sun light.It blocks the light very well cause the little extended cloth under the gel pack. I really like this design.I don't know my head size but it fits comfortably, I would say it can fit anyone because the material is very elastic.It maintains coolness for more than long enough to allow for my headache relief.

Love the fact that it is cold. And that I needed it for migraine headaches was something I needed cause it stays in place because of the semi snug fit with is great

These are fantastic. My wife and daughter both suffer from migraines occasionally and this thing provides some real relief. The gentle squeeze and added heat or cold helps when you want to drill holes in your head or bang it against the wall. The eye cover slips down to keep the blinding light of a dark room out of your eyes. If you get migraines, you know what I mean. Nothing's perfect, but man, this thing helps. Bought a second one so they each have one.

I do get a lot of relief from this product. It’s not too tight and there is no odor like I’ve head people say some of these have. Also I’m the fabric is gentle on my face which is loads better than a washcloth or ice pack. My only complaint is that it is almost too cold upon retrieving from the freezer and doesn’t stay cold for very long, maybe 30 minutes or so. Typically my migraine medication has kicked in by that time and I can just take it off anyway. Still, overall I’m happy to have it and use it frequently.

I suffer chronic migraines. This is a must have for me. I can’t believe I just found this item to add to my arsenal this late in life. So much easier than wrapping one around. It is fantastic!
