BirkenstockUnisex Bend Low Natural Leather Shoes

I ended up sending the shoes back because they were just too big. I love Birkenstocks but these did not seem to fit like my Birkenstock sandals. The arch support seemed way back by my heel rather than where it should hit. They’re too expensive to not have a great fit.

I have been a Birkenstock wearer for 35+ years. At this point, I probably have collected at least as many pairs as the number of years I have been wearing them. I still have my first pair! I began experiencing plantar fasciitis and decided to try wearing Birkenstocks. It was one of the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. I have several problems with my back which cause pain. These shoes are the only ones I’ve tried that help alleviate this pain. This style fits well, is very comfortable and gives the support Birkenstocks are know for. I would recommend adding this style to your collection!

I bought my usual size, 40, and my toes were jammed at the front. I just knew that two minutes of being on my feet and this wouldn't work, so I returned them and bought a size 41. Those offer about an inch of space between my toe and the shoe--so they're VERY different between sizes. I'm not sure now they weren't really 39s with 40 labels on them, and that a 40 (correctly labeled) wouldn't have been perfect. Sadly, the 40s have this odd one in the bunch and I will stay with these for risk of getting the same pair back. I will just wear a thicker pair of socks with them.The footbed is nice and they feel like my sandal birks, I'm a critical care nurse so I was looking for a pair of shoes for work to let me be on. my feet all day without the foot and leg pain the next day. These are so cute and comfy that now I don't want to ruin them by taking them to work, lol.Love the silver, as well...my hubs is accusing me of having a silver shoe fetish (and he's not wrong!). The color is bright and metallic, not like my vans that are a dull German silver type color that you can't really tell are metallic. IN all, I'd say they were expensive, but worth it. My parents raised me to never skimp on shoes--that's the foundation of your whole being. If your feet are wrecked, then you're wrecked. I'd buy again, given the size issues. You just have to keep trying until you find one that fits (sort of)

These shoes are heaven sent!!! Like many others, I have plantar fasciitis and it is so painful trying to get around without limping and walking funny to compensate. I've been wearing (and loving) the sandals, but sometimes I need a more protective and sturdy shoe, especially when I'm working. From the reviews I decided to give these a try and boy howdy, am I ever glad I did!!! I'm on my feet all day with work, so these shoes have definitely been a game changer for me.

My low back has never been happier. These shoes have been helpful in decreasing my sciatic pain. Fit was fine, I’m usually a 61/2-7. Bought these in the 6-61/2 size (37). Sizing up would have been too big.

Just got them today and I love them! These are European quality, not garbage made in China. The color is exactly what I wanted for a summer shoe. The European size 46 fits my American size 13 perfectly. So far very comfortable.

I swore I would never wear Birkenstock cause they were ugly like crocs. 20 years later I developed plantar fasciitis. I work 12 hour shifts in a hospital. I have tried all the sleeves and gadgets that say they help. They don’t. I ordered Arizona slippers Faux fur lined and they were heaven. Immediate relief but can’t wear them at work. Just got these today and I am thrilled. Same cork bed with the instant relief and fit perfect. I have narrow feet so the narrow Birks fit me without all that slippage. I am going to order the blend mid narrow from Birkenstock. I don’t think I ever want to wear another shoe. Or brand rather. The Germans really got this down with engineering a shoe for what your feet need. They are not soft. I believe that was what was causing all my pain. Your feet need support and when I take these off I wear my comfy slippers with a little softer feel bit still have the amazing support. Thank you Birkenstock. I am a loyal customer now. !!! Love love love these. Niels are so comfy for my feet and I was so excited to get them in a cute sneaker. Runs a little large. Order one size down from your normal EU size.
